Summary of Specifications:
The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART), the public transportation agency which services the metropolitan Detroit suburbs, is soliciting proposals for a firm to provide Consulting Services for several of SMART’s software systems used in SMART’s Finance, Human Resources, and Procurement Departments. SMART estimates annual consulting services as requested under this proposal will be 20 hours per month or 240 hours per year not including the system review requested in section 1.03 below. These hours are based on historic usage and are only an estimation of future usage, this is not a guaranteed minimum. SMART intends to award a three-year contract with two one-year options.
