Summary of Specifications:
The contract awarded hereunder shall be for the re-surfacing of the Wayne Terminal Lots.

The prices proposed in the proposal shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, fees, drawings, permits, and all necessities and incidentals (including those not directly specified) required to provide working end products and services as specified herein.
