The contract awarded hereunder shall be replacement of certain exterior windows at the Macomb Terminal, as shown on drawing documents prepared by Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC), job number 20171007, dated January 2018. Mandatory pre-proposal conference July 23, 2018 @ 10am.
The prices proposed in the proposal shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, fees, drawings, permits, and all necessities and incidentals (including those not directly specified) required to provide working end products and services as specified herein. The anticipated completion date for this project is December 1, 2018.

Technical Specifications
- This is an active terminal facility. All construction workers must wear safety vests.
- The majority of the project shall be completed during normal business hours. Some areas might require weekend work.
- Refer to Scope of Work and Specifications on the Drawings for requirements and additional information.
- The Contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of all debris off SMART’s property; Contractor to provide, as part of the project, dumpster and removal/disposal services.
- The Contractor will be responsible for providing barricades to protect pedestrians from work area(s).
- Wall openings shall be maintained weather-tight; existing windows shall not be removed until new are on-site and ready for installation.
- Contractor may store materials on-site in a locked trailer provided by Contractor. SMART will not provide a secured storage area for Contractor.
- Contractor may work standard SMART facility day-time work hours - weekend and evening work not required unless requested by Contractor to complete a task, approved by SMART ahead of time and allowable based upon Township Zoning/work hour limits. Off-hours work will not be additionally compensated by SMART under the Contract. Coordinate work hours with SMART Macomb Terminal Facility Manager.
