The City of Traverse City is planning infrastructure improvements located at West End Beach and Lot RB that require construction testing as shown in the attached plan set Attachment B.
1) West End Beach Construction and Bathrooms Project: The work includes reconstruction of a parking lot, gravel foundation for installation of pre-manufactured
facilities (bathrooms), utilities construction, sidewalk, and curb and gutter.
A Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Construction Testing is anticipated to be authorized in March of 2025. Construction is anticipated to occur in the Spring of 2025
