Description

The Charter Township of Van Buren is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the construction and installation of park signs within the Township’s established park system.

This RFP is issued by the Charter Township of Van Buren to obtain quotes for park signage fabrication and installation at various locations within the community. Some areas may also include demolition of an existing sign. The established sign family design includes five varieties: large park entry sign, medium park entry sign, park general rules sign, park directional sign, and amenity sign. Sign renderings and specifications to be quoted are attached to this document.
The park signage project will be phased over a multi-year period, and submitted quotes will be used to determine the scope of Phase 1, the first round of fabrication and installation.

As part of this response, you may provide an alternate quote for any additional items your firm wishes to offer to the scope of this effort. The firm selected should anticipate participating in Township meetings, presenting their proposed work to the staff and Township Board.
