The Project consists of constructing new 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk to fill in gaps at three locations along Tyler Road between Morton Taylor Road and Haggerty Road in the Charter Township of Van Buren. The work includes approximately 6,700 square feet of 4-inch concrete sidewalk, 1,300 square feet of 6-inch concrete sidewalk, 270 square feet of 6-inch concrete sidewalk ramp, and other miscellaneous items, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the Engineer.

The Charter Township of Van Buren, the Owner, will receive sealed Bids for construction of the Tyler Road Sidewalk Gaps at the offices of the Township Clerk, 46425 Tyler Road, Charter Township of Van Buren, MI 48111 until April 15, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., local time. No Bids will be received after that time. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time and place.
Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Township Clerk by the date and time specified and shall be marked on the outside “Sealed Bid for Tyler Road Sidewalk Gaps”.
