Specifications can be shipped by U.P.S. ground for a shipping and handling charge of fifteen ($15.00) Dollars, check only, non-refundable, to Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. The Bidder is advised that to submit a bid on this project, the Bidder must have purchased a set of Specifications from Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc.
