Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for labor and materials to construct an irrigation system at Beverly Park in the Village of Beverly Hills, MI will be received by the Village of Beverly Hills, 18500 W. 13 Mile Road, Beverly Hills, MI 48025 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, May 5th at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. Beverly Park is located at 18801 Beverly Road, on the southside of Beverly Road between Southfield and Evergreen Roads. The work shall consist of irrigating approximately 0.75 acres of the park. The area to be irrigated is bounded by the front of the pavilion north to the fence along Beverly Road and from the parking lot west to the playground area. The proposal shall include the following items: 1. A basic drawing showing the layout and placement of the proposed system. 2. Number of irrigation heads to be used and the manufacturer and type of head to be used. 3. Manufacturer and model of the controller to be used. The successful bidder shall provide liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 with the Village of Beverly Hills as additional named insured.
