Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of the following three (3) Divisions of work and one (1) Alternate. Division I includes Lochmoor Blvd. (Lake Shore Rd. to City limits) and the boulevard section of Sunningdale (Lochmoor Blvd. to the end of the boulevard); Division II includes Hampton St. (Lake Shore Rd. to City limits); and Division III includes the boulevard section of Oxford St. (Lake Shore Rd. to immediately beyond the boulevard section of street). Each Division includes milling 2” of the existing pavement, performing full-depth base repairs, as required, repairing curb by removal and replacement and/or capping, adjusting and/or reconstructing drainage structures and manholes, and placing 2” of HMA wearing course on each road. There is also an Alternate that includes the reconstruction of a 450’ road section of concrete (with integral curb) between approximately #40 and #70 Willow Tree Place.
