Summary of Specifications:
The Village of Milford, MI (“Village”) is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), from qualified, professional skate park design/build firms, (“Contractor”). Teams comprised of qualified, professional design firms partnering with qualified, professional construction firms are eligible to submit proposals. The selected Contractor will assist in the final stages of site selection, the preparation of conceptual and final skate park designs, the preparation of construction drawings, and all construction related services for the construction of an approximately 6,000 – 7,000 square foot, plaza-style skate park (“Park”) within the Village. It is expected that the final design and construction of the park will also accommodate BMX riders.
