Summary of Specifications:
Washtenaw County Purchasing Division on behalf of the Office of Community Development is requesting proposals for identified housing projects. These projects will be funded through the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and American Dream Down Payment Initiative (ADDI) Programs, which are federal grants that Washtenaw County administers for the Washtenaw Urban County.
