Summary of Specifications:
Washtenaw County Purchasing Division on behalf of the Office of Community Development is requesting proposals for identified housing projects. These projects will be funded through the Washtenaw County Housing Contingency Fund, as well as through the American Dream Down Payment Initiative (ADDI) and the Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program, which are federal grants that Washtenaw County administers for the Washtenaw Urban County. All proposals for these funds must address the needs of the jurisdictions that currently participate in the Washtenaw Urban County.
