The Washtenaw County Office of Community and Economic Development is accepting applications for its list of approved housing rehabilitation contractors. All interested Residential/General Contractors can obtain information on the Housing Rehabilitation Program and the RSVP form for the December 18, 2013 mandatory application meeting by going to the following website: www.ewashtenaw.org Click on Departments, then Community and Economic Development, and then the Rehab Contractors link. You can access the same webpage by typing in the following link: http://www.ewashtenaw.org/government/departments/community�]and� economic�]development/housingand�] community�]infrastructure/housing�]rehab/contractor_resources/Re ab_Contractor_forms All contractors interested in working with the Washtenaw County Office of Community and Economic Development, must attend the mandatory application meeting on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Washtenaw County Learning Resource Center, Room A, 4135 Washtenaw Ave., Ann Arbor, MI 48108. The deadline to RSVP for the training is December 11, 2013. The RSVP form can be mailed to: The Office of Community and Economic Development, Attn: Aaron Kraft, Housing Program Supervisor, P.O. Box 8645, Ann Arbor, MI 48107 or dropped off at the Office of Community and Economic Development located at 110 N. Fourth Ave, Suite 300, Ann Arbor, MI 48107, or emailed to krafta@ewashtenaw.org . Application packets will be distributed to contractors that attend the application meeting. Minority�] and Women�] Owned Business Enterprises and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.
