Summary of Specifications:
Washtenaw County wishes to hire a state certified appraiser to appraise properties it is interested in purchasing. The properties will all be in Washtenaw County and may become preserves or parks or additions to existing preserves or parks. The number of appraisals required each year will vary but is likely to be in the range of from 3 to 5, possibly more. At present Washtenaw County is soliciting proposals to provide appraisals for two properties. The County is considering purchase of these properties from their current owners through the Natural Areas Preservation Program.
