8468 - Behavioral Health Treatment Program Clinical Services

 The Behavioral Health Treatment Program (BHTP) for court involved youth is seeking clinical services for young people presenting with both mental health and substance use needs.

The contractor should have experience and/or certification in  treatment planning and intervention for youth that exhibit symptoms that may be indicators of complex trauma and substance use disorders.

The contractor shall develop and implement treatment plans that incorporate the understanding that the likelihood of a young person recidivating is increased when they have unmet mental health and substance use needs. The contractor should demonstrate an understanding of how racial diversity, equity, cultural issues and language barriers impact social justice and collaborate on creating measurable outcomes to address these areas.
