Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this document is to provide interested vendors with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by Washtenaw County for Elevator Maintenance at County Buildings. The scope of services will include the maintenance and service repairs of all County elevators. It is the sole responsibility of the selected vendor to acquire and provide all necessary proprietary diagnostic and programming equipment needed to support operations and service.
