Summary of Specifications:
The County is seeking to enter into a three (3) year contract with the option to renew for an additional two (2) years that will reduce the administrative and direct costs associated with contracting for and delivery of maintenance services related to operating the fleet. The Contractor must provide a network of vehicle maintenance and repair vendors located throughout Michigan to service all County managed vehicles. The County seeks to streamline the invoices process, therefore, the Contractor must have the ability to make payments to any vehicle maintenance facility.
