Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this document is to provide interested vendors with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by Washtenaw County for Glass and glazing services for Various County Buildings including repairs, replacements, emergency service and new construction. The scope of services will need to include the following: shop drawings, glass repair/installation, frame repair/installation, detention glass and frames, storefront repair/replacement/installation, glass entry door repair/replacement/installation, emergency board up, window/frame caulking, and window glazing/gasket repair/replacement.
