Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, Approximately 8.0 acre park development with multi-purpose bathhouse/ concessions/ office building, mechanical building, renovations to an existing picnic pavilion and restroom building, spray pad with water play equipment, double flume water slide, asphalt parking lot, concrete paving, cast-in-place concrete, concrete curb & gutter, colored concrete paving, porous unit paving, segmental unit retaining walls, ornamental guardrails, ornamental steel fencing, pvc-coated chain link fencing, site utilities, water supply well, site furnishings, irrigation, landscaping and other related site improvements.
