Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain bids from qualified CONTRACTORS to provide the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a parking lot for the Lima Woods Preserve trailhead. Lima Woods Preserve is located on the north side of Trinkle Road, approximately ¼ mile west of N. Lima Center Road and immediately east of North Fork Mill Creek, in Lima Township, Michigan. The work will include installation of a gravel parking lot with gravel drive approach, installation of a short path, culvert removal and replacement, tree removal, installation of bike racks, signs, bollards and wheel stops, landscaping, and site restoration.
