8396 - MULTIDISCIPLINARY PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICE

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select multiple consultants to
provide professional services for future projects approved by the Washtenaw County
Parks and Recreation Commission over the next several years.
Project scope of services will vary based on specific project, but may include: master /
site planning, public engagement, engineering, schematic design, design development,
preparing and securing permits, construction drawings, construction administration,
assistance with bidding process, assistance with grant applications, Environmental Site
Assessment reports (ESA), mechanical systems analysis, topographic surveys, property
line boundary delineation, legal description preparation, and related professional work
as needed for each specific project completion. These products may need to be
supplied to the WCPARC in both digital and/or paper formats as requested.
As indicated above, the selected consultants who are awarded contracts will be
required to prepare detailed cost quotations for the Commission’s evaluation prior to
actual commencement of work on each individual future project.
