RFP-6253 - Malletts Creek Regional Detention Basin Improvements in Brown Park

Summary of Specifications:
The project includes construction of the following: Enlargement of detention basin with mitigation wetlands and associated piping, embankment dam, dredging/dewatering and disposal of sediment in the detention basin’s permanent pool, two weirs, a pedestrian bridge, removal and reinstallation of disc golf course tees, targets and signs, storm drainage piping and associated facilities, demolition of several existing features/facilities, clearing and grubbing, grading, erosion control, planting, seeding and site stabilization.
