7601 - Medical Services for Children's Services Department

The purpose of this request for proposal is to provide management of the health
and medical care at the Washtenaw County Youth Center for a three year period,
with an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional one year periods. This
service would provide medical services 5 days per week (30 total hours), and offhours
emergency consultation by telephone, for a maximum facility capacity of
30 juvenile detention residents and 10 long-term treatment residents (the
average daily census has been 23 residents over the past three years).
