The Contractor will provide moving services including all labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision necessary including moving, equipment, large miscellaneous items, furniture (break down, and put back together furniture, if necessary)and vehicles and as directed by Washtenaw County and in accordance with this RFP.
If price adjustments are requested pursuant to the terms of the contract, the Contractor must notify Washtenaw County prior to implemented increase.
All proposals/quotes/etc. must specify RFP number, labor rate(s), pricing per bid sheet, and description of work. Proposals must meet or exceed all specifications.
The Contractor must maintain the insurance coverage required by the Washtenaw County while this contract is in force, including automatic renewal terms, and shall provide documentation of such insurance in a form satisfactory to the county when required.
