RFP-6884 - Parking Lot Construction at Koenn & Whitmore Lake Preserves

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain bids from experienced and qualified CONTRACTORS to provide the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct small sized gravel parking lots and supplemental site amenities at two WCPARC Preserves. Work will require executing construction within the road Right of Way administered by the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC). The CONTRACTOR must supply insurance documents to WCRC and comply with permit requirements. In general, elements of the project involve traffic control signage, earthwork, grading, asphalt paving (Whitmore Lake site), gravel, and typical WCPARC site features commonly installed at similar preserves.
