Summary of Specifications:
Washtenaw County Purchasing Division is issuing a Request for Proposal for Rolling Hills County Park – Phase 1 Master Plan Improvements. The project work includes: the construction of 9,100 feet of an asphalt roadway with a roundabout and 16,700 feet of asphalt non-motorized path. The project work also includes approximately 170,000 cy of earthmoving, installation of 2,100 sy of porous pavers, and parking lot and storm water improvements.
