RFP-7207 - Rolling Hills Waterpark Pool Structural Repairs & Surface Replacmt

Summary of Specifications:
Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission (WCPARC) needs to repair and reconstruct several elements in the Rolling Hills County Park – Waterpark pools. The work will include full removal and replacement of the cementitous/”plaster” surfaces in all three pool areas. Additionally, structural repairs are need to address deterioation and water penetration issues impacting the concrete wall structure, embedded reinforcement steel, and areas below the gutter system. The zero-depth entry perimeter gutter system has also degraded over years of use and requires reconstruction to function properly. All of the existing coping and wall tile will be removed and replaced with an entirely new design of copping stone and larger sized tile pattern.
