Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this document is to provide interested vendors with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by WCPARC for Rubbish/Recycling Removal for Various Parks and Recreation Locations. The scopes of services include but are not limited to the following: provide all necessary tools; equipment, labor and supervision in order to perform rubbish/recycling removal services as described.
WCPARC has five locations that require regularly scheduled and periodic as needed rubbish and recycling removal services. Containers may range in size from four yard to thirty yard capacities. Regularly scheduled service dates and times are critical to the operation of each park and must be adhered to. If service date falls on a holiday, service is to resume on the next business day.
All roll-off containers are to be placed and serviced on an on-call/as needed basis. Roll-off containers may be required, on an on-call/as needed basis, at other WCPARC locations not listed below.
Rubbish dumpster (four-eight yard) containers may be required, on an on-call/as needed basis, at other WCPARC locations not listed below.
Waste removal techniques and procedures are to meet all local, state and federal regulations and/or guidelines.
The term of the contract will be for a One (1) year period with the option to renew for year Two (2) and year Three (3).
