Summary of Specifications:
The Washtenaw County Children’s Services Department is currently making a Request for Proposal (RFP) to consider for 2008 and 2009 fiscal year funding. These funds are targeted for activities that address the County priority for substance abuse services for court-involved youth.

The County also has an interest in funding those programs that demonstrate successful outcomes, therefore the RFP emphasizes an Outcome Model as described in the Proposal Instructions.
