•Preventative maintenance work for each unit (see PM Scope of work for each UPS)

•Emergency response and service work including parts (4 hour maximum response time) 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. Including the following: • Labor mileage travel and shipping • All replacement parts needed for the repair work •24 hours a day, 7days a week, 365, days a year, live person phone call in center

•For non-emergencies maximum response time 24 hours

•Documentation of site visits, repairs and preventative maintenance work

•Please provide hourly rates, travel, mileage, vehicle charge etc. for necessary repairs and emergency response rates.
