8032 - Urgent Mortar & Stone Raceway Wall Leak Repairs at Sharon Mills County Park

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain statements of qualifications, a written plan of repair method(s) and materials to be implemented to address the urgent water leakage problems in cut fieldstone walls and mortar joints of the raceway channel leading to the powerhouse, and cost to execute the required work from qualified CONTRACTORS that will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to successfully reconstruct all elements of the project.  Presently, a cofferdam has been installed to remove and somewhat manage a majority of waters from the construction work area. 

Work will involve repairing the existing infrastructure to correct water leakage problems and prevent further occurrence of leaks for approximately 270 square face-feet of cut fieldstone and mortar joint containment walls as identified.
