Vendor will provide all labor, materials, tools, and supervision with incidental services necessary to remove existing exterior windows at south elevator of building, furnish and install new thermally broken aluminum windows in a standard color painted finish. Glass should be quoted as 1” tinted tempered Low=E insulted at all locations. Quote should include brake metal covers at exterior location between window frames and caulking at perimeter of windows at interior and exterior sides. Existing interior wood framing all to remain, new windows quoted as non-operable, excludes doors & door frames, and final cleaning.

In Addition: Window and door removal and installation may be needed at various Washtenaw County government locations on an as needed basis. Please provide rates for each of these services on the price sheet.
