RFP-6874 - Water Quality Management System Renovations

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain bids from experienced and qualified CONTRACTORS to provide the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace/renovate the existing water quality management components at the MLM Recreation Center, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The work includes removal and lawful disposal of existing equipment, supply, installation, and start-up of new system components with all associated materials and parts for a complete operational system. Entire installation must comply with requirements administered by the State of Michigan – MDEQ for Public Pool operations and VGBA. The bidder must demonstrate knowledge and considerable experience in commercial/municipal aquatic facility filtration systems, pump and motor components, installation procedures, and operation. Bidders must complete the Experience and Qualifications section of this RFP. Lump Sum and Unit Prices are requested for services in the Proposal.
