6468 - Janitorial Supplies

WCC is requesting contract pricing for new janitorial supplies for an initial twelve (12) month period, effective upon receipt of an executed WCC purchase order sent to supplier(s) by a college purchasing agent. At the end of the initial term this agreement will auto-renew through October 29, 2027 terminable by either party for any reason with 30-day prior written notice. Following the end of the initial period, suppliers are asked to cap annual price increases at a maximum of 3%.

Manufacturer and model number have been provided for reference; used, reconditioned, or refurbished products will not be accepted. Approved equivalent articles may be considered in the event the make and model listed is unavailable provided brand name, catalog number and any deviations are noted on the pricing spreadsheet.  Approval of equivalent items will be based on the judgment of the College; samples of all quoted alternate items are requested to be delivered prior to the bid due date. Samples may be delivered to the attention of Kelly Milligan at the college’s main campus address. Items which are not eligible for alternate product suggestions are labeled as so within the pricing spreadsheet. The full scope and delivery may be indeterminant. The College reserves the right to add or subtract additional SKU’s as needed from the awarded vendor(s) at then-current rates through the full contract period.
