The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from Contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit Bids for manufacturing, assembly and delivery of a 6X6 Carrier Vehicle with High-Speed Plow, Underbody Scrapper, and Material Spreader at Willow Run Airport (YIP).
