205551 - “A” STREET EXTENSION AND PARKING LOT CONSTRUCTION AT WILLOW RUN AIRPORT

The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein for the “A” Street Extension and Parking Lot Construction Project located at Willow Run Airport (YIP).  The Project includes extending “A” Street with hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement, constructing a new HMA parking lot and associated lighting and sidewalks, site grading, installing storm sewer and stormwater treatment devices, installing permanent Airfield Operations Area (AOA) fencing, gates and controls, irrigation and site restoration.
(The Contracts resulting from this solicitation are subject to Airport Authority Prevailing Wages Requirements.)
