Description

The Airport Authority plans to issue the Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 240741 during the week of November 25, 2024. Proposals are being solicited for the purpose of contracting for four (4) Retail concession packages at the McNamara Terminal at Detroit Metropolitan Airport. This RFP includes four (4) Packages for a combined total of up to 12 concepts and is in Phase 3 of a 4-Phased RFP approach for the McNamara Terminal Concessions Program. The four (4) contracts awarded from this RFP will be for a term of ten years with no renewal options. The RFP for Phase 4 – Food & Beverage is anticipated to be issued early 2025.
