AN 241207 - Advanced Notice for RFP #241207- Evans Terminal Construction

The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) in February 2025 for the Evans Terminal Refresh Project at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport. The project involves upgrades to the ticketing lobby and curbside check-in areas at the arrivals level. To minimize passenger inconvenience, the work will be phased and coordinated with other ongoing projects at the Evans Terminal.

Improvements will include updates to lighting, HVAC systems, ceiling tiles, wall coverings, baggage conveyors, information displays, and the curbside check-in enclosures located at the arrivals level.

This RFP will be posted to the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) website  https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/wayne-county-airport-authority, and will require electronic submittals via the MITN website.
