Summary of Specifications:
1) PROJECT OVERVIEW: Through this Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) hereby invites qualified underwriting businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit responses to serve as senior managing underwriter or co-managing underwriters for the sale of airport revenue bonds and related services for the Wayne County Airport Authority.

The Airport Authority intends to select a team of not more than eight (8) firms that will serve as the managing underwriters on the Airport Authority’s new money and refunding bond issues for approximately the next five years. The Airport Authority will appoint the senior manager and co-managers for such financings from its underwriting team on an issue-by-issue basis and will not necessarily include each firm on its team on each bond issue it undertakes.

Information is provided herein on the Airport Authority and the Airport, the type of information that interested firms are asked to provide, and the procedures for submitting a response to the Airport Authority.
