INTRODUCTION: Through this Request for Bids (RFB), the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit Bids for the purchase of specified bulk oils, lubricants and miscellaneous related supplies on an as-needed basis for Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County and Willow Run Airports. GENERAL INFORMATION: The Airport Authority requires oil and lubricants to maintain and service Airport Authority fleet vehicles and equipment at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County and Willow Run Airports. The Maintenance and Fleet Services Department oversees the bulk storage, delivery and usage of the oil and lubricants.
