Summary of Specifications:
The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from contractors and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein for the construction of the Checkpoint Protective Podium Project at the McNamara Terminal at Detroit Wayne County Metropolitan Airport (DTW) as shown in the Attachment C Construction Documents and described in the specifications. This project is eligible for federal the U.S. Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture Program, and must meet the requirements of that Program. (The Contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to various federal regulations, including the Davis-Bacon Labor Provisions (49 CFR 18.36).)
