In lieu of an onsite meeting, a virtual (audio-only) Pre-Proposal Meeting concerning this RFP will be held, at the date, and time indicated on the cover page to this RFP. Staff will be available at this meeting to answer questions about this RFP. On-line attendance at the meeting is strongly encouraged for the entities that will be submitting a Proposal that will be signatory on a contract with the Airport Authority for the work contained in this RFP, as well as subcontractors interested in participating on the Teams of Bidders.
