Summary of Specifications:
Proposals are being solicited for the purpose of contracting for a one-time energy assessment for the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority). The contract will be for a term of up to one year. A three-day energy audit is a regulatory requirement of 40 CFR Part 63 “National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Area Sources: Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional Boilers” (NESHAP). This audit will include both the Detroit Metro and Willow Run Airports.
