Summary of Specifications:
Responses are being solicited for the purpose of contracting one or more attorneys or law firms to represent the Wayne County Airport Authority (the “Airport Authority”) in the prosecution of Wayne County Airport Authority Airport Ordinance (the “Airport Ordinance”) violations and other violations. The contract will be for a term of three (3) years beginning December 1, 2015, with one (1) two-year renewal option exercisable at the sole option of the Airport Authority by and through its Chief Executive Officer.
