Summary of Specifications:
This Request for Proposal is comprised of three parts. Interested parties may submit proposals for any of the Parts (either Part A and/or Part B and/or Part C) for which they are qualified. The Airport Authority would prefer one Proposer with the capability to complete all Parts, but reserves the right to award the contract to multiple Proposers.
Part A: Proposals are being solicited for the services of an IBM Preferred Partner to interface with IBM on behalf of the Airport Authority for customer support utilizing IBM’s Annual Customer Support Plan (ACSP), on demand services, and the purchase of IBM Maximo-related software licenses.
Part B: Proposals are being solicited for the support and maintenance of IBM’s Tririga facilities management software, on demand services and the purchase of IBM Tririga-related software licenses.
Part C: Proposals are being solicited for the implementation and staff training for the desktop version of Maximo’s Purchasing, Contracts, and Inventory modules; mobile Inventory functions and related on demand services.
The contract(s) for each Part will be for a term of seven (7) years. Services are anticipated to begin on July 1, 2016.
