210224 - Misc. Bearings, Seals, Belts and Sealants

The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is requesting quotes for the purchase of miscellaneous bearing, seals, belts, and sealants to be ordered as needed for a term of 3 years. To facilitate emergency needs, the successful Respondent's (Contractor's) facility must be located within a twenty-five (25) mile radius of Detroit Metro Airport (32725 W. Service Dr., Detroit, MI 48242) as determined by MapQuest, Google Maps, etc. The Airport Authority has historically picked up most of the ordered parts, but on occasion the Airport Authority will need to the items delivered. All ordered items shall be ready for pick up or be delivered to the Airport Authority no later than 5 business days after ordered. Advanced notice with Airport Authority approval is required for items that cannot meet the 5-day requirement with a new delivery guarantee time frame.
