230015 - OEM Heavy Duty GMC Parts

The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is requesting quotes for OEM GMC Heavy-Duty Truck parts and service from a certified General Motors (GM) dealer to be ordered as needed for a term of three (3) years. To facilitate emergency needs, the successful Respondent's (Contractor's) facility must be located within a 30-mile radius of Detroit Metro Airport (9000 Middlebelt Road, Romulus, MI) as determined by MapQuest or Google Maps. Delivery is required no later than five (5) business days of receipt of the order for items not in stock. Advanced notice with Airport Authority approval is required for items that cannot meet the 5-day requirement with a new delivery guarantee time frame. Pricing will remain firm for one (1) year after notice of award. After the initial one (1) year period, pricing will subject to mark-up over cost.
