PROJECT OVERVIEW: Through this Solicitation for Quotes (SFQ), the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit quotes to provide awards for Preventing Harassment Online Courseware Licenses at the Wayne County Airport (Airport Authority). These courses should be competent to be delivered through an existing legacy system which is a web based software-as-a-solution Learning Management System (LMS). This courseware must be Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant using a scalable platform capable of supporting multiple concurrent users with 24x7access. To promote a positive culture and harassment free environment, the Airport Authority seeks Preventing Harassment Online employees.
