The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to provide and install concrete duct bank, primary electrical cable, and terminations; new transformers; primary load break switches; relocation of utilities (electrical); and necessary commissioning and testing at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). (The Contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to Davis-Bacon Act Wages Requirements.)
