Summary of Specifications:
The Airport Authority is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit Bids for the construction of a new Public Safety Magazine Storage Facility protective canopy at Detroit Metropolitan Airport as shown in the Attachment C Construction Documents and described in the specifications. This project is eligible for federal the U.S. Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture Program, and must meet the requirements of that Program. (The Contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to various federal regulations, including the Davis Bacon Labor Provisions (49 CFR 18.36).)
